Standard Process Makes $150,000 Donation to Palmyra-Eagle Area School District
Contribution continues the company’s community investment legacy
Palmyra, WI – (May 23, 2023) – Standard Process® — a leading whole food-based supplement company in Palmyra, Wisconsin — announced the donation of $150,000 to support the Palmyra-Eagle Area School District. The money will be used to pave the driveway and parking lot at the Standard Process Athletic Complex: a namesake sports campus that was funded by Standard Process and established in 2014.
"I believe that the athletic field and the upkeep of the surround areas are important for a healthy community,” said Charlie DuBois, Standard Process President and CEO. “I appreciate all the volunteers who spend their time creating a safe and clean environment for the athletes and attendees.”
The Standard Process Athletic Complex, which was funded by the company for $1.2 million, is home to a number of fields and facilities that host school teams, community groups, and athletes of all ages. The $150,000 donation directly supports the Standard Process Athletic Complex Organization (SPACO): a non-profit organization that is dedicated to maintaining the grounds.
“I would like to thank Charlie and Standard Process for the very generous donation of the paving of the parking lot. This will take this great complex and make it even better,” said Panther Baseball Booster Club President , SPACO Vice President, and 1997 PEASD graduate Brad Patrick. “When visiting teams show up, they always say how great the complex looks. The Student Athletes who get to play at such a great facility are very fortunate!”
For the DuBois family, this donation is the latest instance of a long legacy of giving back.
